Event Policies


Event policies:

  • ·        The $75 deposit is non refundable and non transferable.  If you cancel 60 days or more prior to the event, you may apply your deposit to a future My Crafty Friends getaway.  If there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled you will receive a refund of all that you have paid minus the $75 non refundable deposit.  If you cancel within 60 days of the event no refund will be given.


  • ·        All cancellations must be given in writing to MyCraftyFriends@gmail.com .  Please be sure to provide all of your contact information.


  • ·        “No shows” will receive no refunds.


  • ·        Any check that is returned “insufficient funds” will be charged a $25 fee and a bank check or money order will be required to reserve your spot.



  • ·        The staff of My Crafty Friends will be present for the duration of the event, however, they are not responsible for the personal items of the attendees.


  • ·        By registering for a My Crafty Friends Getaway, you give your consent to be photographed during the event and give My Crafty Friends permission to use the photos in future promotional materials.
